I, for one, am SHOCKED by this news.

The predicted outcomes in this article are exactly what I think our society should be frantically seeking to achieve. Perhaps we should be rallying for higher gas prices as a catalyst for innovation and advancement in energy research and consumption.  The problem is that as an average American I live in an area that consists solely of suburban sprawl. While high gas prices might help the greater good in an indirect way, I would be forced to relocate or drastically change my ways.  So… I fear and oppose high gas prices.

Redundant Rita

I just realized that I named my blog “things I find interesting” and I start my posts with “it is interesting” or “I think it will be interesting.”  I am aware of this and going forward, I will work to to ensure that I am not a Redundant Rita.
